ASHTANGA FLOW (ASH FLOW) classes are inspired by the primary and second ashtanga yoga series. Students new to this beautiful, aligning style of yoga will benefit from careful cuing while those familiar with it can get lost in moving meditation.

FAMILY YOGA is an all levels class welcoming parents, children, aunts, uncles, cousins, grandparents, and anyone else who wants to join in on the fun! This practice, geared towards elementary-aged children, is a playful and peaceful way to move together. The practice will include basic postures and partner and group poses to improve strength, flexibility, and mindfulness.

FLOW classes are what you make of them!  Appropriate for all levels of yogi, each class will be tailored to the attendees. Beginners will be given careful instruction and opportunity to take either a gentle or more rigorous practice, and more experienced yogis will be offered freedom to play and challenge themselves.  Communicate with your instructor and honor your inner teacher to co-create just what you need that day.

FLEX & FLOW  Like a flow class, but FLEX & FLOW also utilizes active flexibility exercises to create strength and length in the body.  Focus on muscle activation and proper alignment for functional muscle movements.  All levels are welcome, and if there is a specific area of the body on which you’d like to work, just ask.  Leave feeling grounded, aligned, and restored.

GIVE classes are all-levels flow taught on Sunday mornings.  The cost is a $5 drop-in, or packages apply.  $5 will be donated to our charity or cause of the quarter for each student who attends.

MINDFULNESS & YIN (M&Y) classes meet on the FIRST Friday of each month.  Enter into a contemplative and mindful stillness as you sit for minutes in postures designed to lengthen connective tissue and increase range of motion, and watch the breath to train your brain to respond rather than to react.  Regular class rates apply.

POWER classes are suitable for all levels with a greater focus on strength and building the core. The flow will be faster-paced than in a FLOW class. Come prepared to challenge yourself and sweat!

PRENATAL focuses on poses for women in all phases of pregnancy to increase strength and flexibility. The class also helps develop proper breathing and relaxation techniques for an easier and more comfortable labor.

YOGA 101 classes focus on the foundations of yoga. Great for beginners or for experienced practitioners who are looking to restore or refine.

Classes in green are held weekly. Classes in navy blue are held bi-weekly or monthly. All classes are about 1 hour long.
